She combines those visions and desires with her own passion to design stunning yet functional websites.

This desire to create beautiful websites extends beyond pure aesthetics into carefully crafted html and css so that her sites rank well with the search engines. Over the past year she has become an expert in search engine optimization.

She has working knowledge of HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP, ASP.Net, PHP, Photoshop, ImageReady, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Flash, Captivate, Contribute, Fireworks, Freehand and Homesite. She can almost seamlessly transfer her work into the more traditional print media whenever requested.

Paul 0Iynek, Project Manager and Ecommerce Developer

Paul has three university degrees in Physical Education, Psychology and Computers.  He has a passion for learning about the business potential of the growing Internet.  He has focused his research in learning cost-effective Internet marketing for small businesses in an effort to provide cost-productive e-commerce solutions.  

He has five years experience in developing small business ecommerce and information websites. He has at one point or another worked with HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, ASP, ASPX, PHP, ColdFusion, Flash, FrontPage, Dreamweaver, Access, MS-SQL and MySQL.

Melaena Thomas, Graphic Designer

With an innovative and distinct artistic talent, Melaena brings original ideas and proven practical experience to all her projects. Her ability to see and understand what people will gravitate toward, allows her to transform her clients’ product ideas and images into pieces that are functional, eye-catching, and user-friendly.

Over the past 4 years, Melaena has gained a thorough and comprehensive understanding of programs including: Photoshop, Image Ready, Illustrator, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Freehand, Sonic Foundry ACID PRO Sound Forge, as well as HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS and ASP.

Ken Tough, Programmer

Ken brings nearly ten years of experience in Web development to Crystal Clear Media. He has successfully delivered mission-critical projects using MySQL, PostgreSQL, Access, PHP, Perl, ASP/VBScript, HTML/JavaScript, and Visual Basic. Ken’s skills in database management, systems analysis, and programming will help deliver the cutting edge Web based business applications that clients have come to expect from Crystal Clear Media.

Ken holds a B.Sc. in Mathematical Sciences and an Information Systems Diploma in Computer Technology (2 year program).

Nancy Fraser, Project Management, & Marketing

Nancy provides experience in project management, marketing and advertising gained in over 30 years in business. She has worked with hundreds of companies to improve the results they get from their marketing and advertising. Her experience ranges from real estate to retail/wholesale business ownership, resulting in a depth of experience and perspective much greater than most in the Advertising Industry. She has the ability to drill down to the heart an issue and effect positive change.
